Transcripts

Information on high school transcripts is confidential and protected by federal law. For this reason we must have your permission in writing with your signature to release your records.

                                                    

You may come in person and fill out a form, show ID and pay $5.00. All transcripts will be ready in 48 hours.

 When writing a letter, you must include:

• Your name and the name you used in school
• A copy of a valid form of identification
• Your birthday
• The School(s) you attended
• The year that you left that school(s)
• Where to send the transcript
• Money Order of $5.00 to WCCUSD
